Global Partners Selling 24 C-Stores
Retail sites are in 5 states

By Greg Lindenberg , EditorWALTHAM, Mass. -- Global Partners LP is selling 24 convenience stores with gasoline: 12 in New York, five in Connecticut, four in Maryland, two in Massachusetts and one in New Hampshire.
Global Partners is No. 29 onCSP’s2018 Top 202 ranking of c-store chains by number of company-operated retail outlets. “The New York stores are located in the Albany, Schenectady, Poughkeepsie and Germantown areas,” said Evan Gladstone, executive managing director of Chicago-based NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC, which is handling the sale for Global Partners.
Lot sizes range from 10,000 square feet to 2.1 acres and buildings range from kiosks to 3,355 square feet. Twelve of the sites are fee-owned properties and 12 are leaseholds. The company is selling the sites with Global Partners fuel supply agreements.
The properties will be sold using NRC’s buy one, some or all sealed-bid sale process. A complete list of the properties and information regarding submitting offers is available online at www.nrc.com/1807. NRC said the bid deadline is Feb. 20.
Waltham, Mass.-based Global Partners is a midstream logistics and marketing master limited partnership with a large terminal network in the Northeast. With approximately 1,500 retail locations, primarily in the Northeast, it is a major regional independent owner, supplier and operator of gas stations and c-stores. It operates c-stores under the Alltown Market, Alliance and Xtra Mart names. Global Partners is also one of the largest distributors of gasoline, distillates, residual oil and renewable fuels to wholesalers, retailers and commercial customers in New England and New York.
