WASHINGTON, Pa. — Four convenience stores and one quick-service restaurant in Pennsylvania and Maryland have hit the market.

Thomaston Land Co., based in Washington, retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC to coordinate the sale of the c-stores with gasoline in Johnstown, Pa., and La Vale, Md.; and a Papa John's location, also in Johnstown. One c-store features a car wash.

According to Chicago-based NRC, the lot sizes range from 16,400 square feet to 1.25 acres, while store sizes range from approximately 1,280 to 1,580 square feet.

All of the properties offered are fee-owned. Gas station sites are being sold with or without fuel supply, but will be sold with the BP fuel brand. All c-stores are being sold without convenience store branding.

The properties will be sold using NRC's well-known "buy one, some or all" sealed-bid sale process. Property Specific Packages are expected to be available in late-March, with a bid deadline of May 3.
