Joliet 7-Eleven to be sold

CHICAGO – NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC announced last week it has been retained by 7-Eleven Inc. to coordinate the sale of 25 gas stations or convenience stores, including a Joliet location.
The sale includes six locations in Virginia, three each in Colorado, Illinois, Texas and West Virginia, two each in Florida and Missouri, plus one each in Nevada, New York and South Carolina, according to a news release. The 7-Eleven at 325 S. Larkin Ave. in Joliet is among the three in Illinois to be sold.
“This package contains many high quality assets that simply do not fit 7-Eleven’s current business model,” Robbie Radant, 7-Eleven vice president of mergers and acquisitions, said in the news release. “All of these stores should provide good opportunities for the right buyers.”
All sites are being sold without 7-Eleven branding, and those sites that sell fuel are offered for sale with fuel supply, which would be provided by SEI Fuels Inc., a 7-Eleven subsidiary.
