7-Eleven selling King George store
Source: The Free Lance-Star
By Cathy JettA 7–Eleven store in King George County is among 25 of the chain’s gas stations and/or convenience stores that are up for sale.
The sale includes six locations in Virginia, including the one at 5291 James Madison Parkway.
“This package contains many high quality assets that simply do not fit 7–Eleven’s current business model. All of these stores should provide good opportunities for the right buyers,” Robbie Radant, 7–Eleven vice president of mergers and acquisitions, said in a news release.
All the sites will be sold without the 7–Eleven branding. Those that sell gas, such as the one in King George, are being offered with fuel supply, which would be provided by SEI Fuels, Inc., a 7–Eleven subsidiary
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC is using its “buy one, some or all” sealed-bid sale process. A complete list of the properties and information regarding submitting offers is available online at nrc.com/1510.
