By Anjali Fluker, Senior Staff Writer7-Eleven Inc. has put 31 Florida gasoline stations and/or convenience stores on the market as part of 75 nationwide that are up for grabs, Convenience Store Decisions reports.
The Dallas-based retailer hired NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC to coordinate the sale of the stores, which also includes 14 in Virginia, six in Massachussetts, six in Illinois, three in Texas, two in New York, two in Delaware, two in New Jersey, two in Utah and one each in Arizona, Connecticut, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Vermont, said the report. The store sales will not include the 7-Eleven branding.
The stores are being sold by the retailer because they don’t fit their current model. Lots range from about 0.12-1.3 acres with stores ranging 1,870 to 4,740 square feet. About 37 sites are being offered for sale the other 38 as leaseholds.
