Two local 7-Elevens to be sold
Source: fredericksburg.com
7-Eleven is selling 75 stores nationwide, two of which are in Spotsylvania.
The company said in a release about the sale Wednesday that while the stores exhibit solid sales, they “do not fit 7-Eleven’s current business model.”
The two local stores to be sold are located at 2700 Lafayette Blvd. and 5206 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
The Lafayette location sits on a 13,000-square-foot lot and has 2,400 square feet of retail space. It opened in 1969.
The Jefferson Davis location sits on a 20,000 square foot lot and has 2,640 square feet of retail space. It opened in 1982 and also has a gas station.
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC is brokering the sale.
The sale includes in total: 31 locations in Florida, 14 in Virginia, six in Massachusetts and Illinois, three in Texas, two in New York, Delaware, New Jersey and Utah, and one each in Arizona, Connecticut, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Vermont.
Lot sizes range from approximately 5,300 square feet to 1.3 acres, while store sizes range from 1,870 square feet to 4,740 square feet.
All sites are being sold without 7-Eleven branding.
The properties will be sold using a sealed-bid sale process. A complete list of the properties and information regarding submitting offers is available online at www.nrc.com/1408. Interested parties can register online for sale updates or by calling the NRC Customer Service Center at 800/747-3342, extension 1408.
The deadline to bid is July 29.
