Colorado Crossing for Sale

There will be a sealed bid auction for the 190,000-square-foot Colorado Crossing, ordered by the bankruptcy court.

The property at InterQuest and Voyager parkways is 134 acres of development land that has been partially built out to 60 percent to 85 percent.

Some $50 million has been spent on the north Colorado Springs property.

There is potential for special district bond funding, according to a news release by NRC Realty.

The bid deadline is Aug. 12.
