SDI Petroleum to Sell 12 Petroleum-Convenience Stores in Texas

SDI Petroleum LLC of Houston, Texas, plans to sell twelve operating convenience stores with gas in Texas, said NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC (NRC), which is coordinating a sealed-bid sale of the properties.
The convenience stores are located in Alamo, Brownsville (2), Donna, Edinburg, Laredo (6) and Pharr, Texas, on high-traffic corners. Building sizes for the convenience stores range from 1,090 to 4,000 square feet, with sites ranging from 13,000 square feet to 1.4 acres. Seven sites are being sold with real estate, while five sites will be offered as a leasehold interest. Sites may be sold with or without fuel supply. Sites will be sold without convenience store brand, but will retain the Shell fuel brand.
The sale is being conducted using NRC's "buy one, some or all" sealed bid sale process. A complete list of the properties and information regarding submitting offers is available here.
