Business briefs: Montgomery area property going up for auction

By Rick HarmonYRC Worldwide has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors to auction an industrial property located at 51 Trinity Road in Montgomery, according to an NRC release.
The property is improved with a 26-door, cross-dock terminal and is on a 5.09-acre site with 2,715 square feet of office space and 5,927 square feet of dock area. It is zoned for light industry.
The Montgomery property is part of a larger sale of 61 sites primarily in the Southeast and Midwest with the remaining sites in New England, Texas and Los Angeles.
The properties will be sold through NRC's well-known "buy one, some or all" sealed bid format. The bid deadline has been set for March 15.
