NRC Announces Sale of 10 Toledo Gas Stations

TOLEDO, OHIO – NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC will coordinate the sale of 10 BP-branded gas stations/convenience stores in the Toledo area, the company announced.
The sites are all fee properties with deed restrictions that preclude non-BP-branded fuel operations until December 2021. The current fuel supply is through a BP jobber, but a new owner must negotiate a new agreement, according to NRC.
"This sale offers some strategically-located real estate as well as some excellent operating potential for motor fuel marketers and individual dealers alike," said Evan Gladstone, NRC's executive managing director. "Even those not currently operating in this market may want to look at expansion opportunities."
